We do not collect information about you through this website itself. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no contact forms or accounts.

Online bookings are taken through Treatwell, which is a separate company. If you book through Treatwell, your details are handled by Treatwell under their own privacy policy. We then receive the booking details we need to prepare for your appointment.

• To arrange, remind and prepare for your appointments.
• To carry out your treatments safely, including patch testing where it is required.
• To keep records of your treatment history so we can care for you consistently over time.
• To reply to your messages and enquiries.
• To keep simple business records, such as appointments and payments.

Your information stays with us. We share it only where it is genuinely needed: with Treatwell for bookings made there, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages by text or e-mail.

We may share photos of our work, such as nails or brows, on our Facebook page. We only do this with your permission, and you can ask us to remove a photo at any time.

We keep client records only for as long as we need them to look after you safely and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.

Records are kept securely, whether on paper in the salon or in password protected systems that only we can access. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
